Training of Laboratory Personnel on 7500 Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction

30 September – 03 October 2019, National University of Lesotho, Roma

The Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Culture, through the Multi Country Project to Strengthen Institutional Capacities on LMO Testing in Support of National Decision Making (MCP-ICLT), funded by United Nations Environment Programme – Global Environment Facility (UNEP/GEF) conducted a training 7500 Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction. The objective was to give participants, from Department of Agricultural Research and National University of Lesotho, insides on theoretical and practical operation of living modified organism detecting equipment (ABI 7500 RT-PCR).
